Hello and welcome to the blog today.
My oh my what a show yesterday. The Memory Book Maker die sets flew out of the building and sold out in just over one hour.
I'm so glad you liked them, they are something special and make the task of putting an album together much, much easier.
Here is my second album made for the show using the largest of the Layered Cascade die set.
I've used one of the Essentials Inspirational Sentiment dies for the wording and the gorgeous Monarch and Princess Wings from the recent Wings and Things launch to embellish the front of the album.
Inside the first page there is a pocket holding a mini album and a belly band to slip a little plaque under. The second page is from the smaller Base creator die set and is decorated with a watefall made from the smaller dies of that set, secured by a ribbon tie.
The back page echoes the first one with it's pocket, a sentiment from the Will's Hand sentiment dies and an older butterfly from a die and stamp set called Laura and Felicity.
I've used dies from both the Memory book sets for the decoration on the spine and added a metal butterfly embellishment coated with clear embossing ink and embossed with Tonic Studios Detail Hot Chocolate embossing powder.
I then added some Walnut Crystal drops to finish.
I hope you enjoy this one today.
I know you will have loads of fun with your dies when they arrive.
There will be video tutorials on FaceBook on the Tonic Live and Jodie's page if you need help with constructing one of these albums.
Have a great weekend.
