Will's Hand Sentiment die launch - Edna Taylor

Hello and welcome to the blog today.

I have two more samples of cards made for the launch of the Will's Hand sentiment die collection.

One is traditional, the other has a more modern twist.
That's something I really liked about these dies and you can put your own spin on them whether using them for cards, on scrapbooks, in albums or mixed media projects.

My first card features the 'faith' word die.

The base card and layers are cut with the Ribbon and Bow Layering die set
I've used the Rising Dove and Intricate window Rococo dies.
The papers are from Tonic's Speciality range. Beautiful to look at and they die cut like a dream.
I've used Duck Egg Toile and Silver Silk.

My second card features Will's Hand 'Enjoy'

I cut a mask from copy paper and used it to mousse the overlapping circles.
I've used Embellishment mousse in Lilac lavender, Cornflower Blue and Peony Pink.

I scattered some silver embossing powder onto the card and heated it from underneath with my heat gun to form silver puddles.
The word was cut from some moussed background card in the same colours and matted onto blue and silver card stock.
I finished the card with a simple twine bow.

Thank you for joining me today.
I hope you are having an enjoyable weekend.
