Shake it to the left ... shake it to the right ... - Lou Sims

Apologies everyone ... it was only after seeing Paula on Hochanda today, (Monday 7th August), fabulously demoing the "Make-a-Shaker Card" dies and stamps that I realised I have not shared any of my projects using this fab products.

In this instance I have put several of the projects together on one post - with a brief description - with a link to the products used.

Ist card:

I have used the heart die to create 'standard' apertures and filled the shaker part with Nuvo glitter. Background stamps are from 'It's Party Time' and the wording created using 'Block Capitals' and 'Cursive Capitals' stamp sets ...
Products used & links:

2nd card:

Using the circle die & blister pack, I have created an underwater scene. For the background I made a stencil using the cloud dies and the fish detailing by using the balloon accessory stamps from 'It's Party Time'. The sea weed is made using the balloon strings and bubbles by the balloon accessory stamps.

3rd card:

This is a quick card using the circle die & blister to create the sun plus a traditional shaker element using the cloud dies. I have stamped on to some cloud die cuts using 'Reach for the Stars' stamp set.

4th card:

Again using the cloud die, I created a stencil to make my background however I masked off the smaller balloons first. Once the background was completed, removed masks & stamped in balloon detail using 'It's Party Time' stamp set. The larger balloon was made using the circle die & blister. Sentiments stamps from both 'It's Party Time' and 'Reach for the Stars' stamp sets.

Sorry for such a rushed post but as I said earlier wanted to share my projects especially as Paula is on Hochanda today with them. I had great fun 'playing' and for me, it was fab making more CAS cards than my normal style.

Right can't distract myself anymore ... back to the decorating,
