Made With Love x 2 - Edna

Good morning. Welcome to the blog today.

I have two Made with Love cards to share today. They are completely different and I think it helps to show just how versatile you can be with Tonic dies in your stash.

Tonic Products used -
Essentials Someone Special border
Patchwork Perfection Everyday squares

I die cut the border strips four times and mitred them to form a frame then adhered them to a white mat edged with the tiny scallop edge from the Everyday squares die set.
The centre of the panel has been die cut and it's then been 3D'd onto the red mat.
The sentiment is recessed into the centre and the edge tidied up with a fine red frame to finish it off neatly.
The ribbon has been embellished with a glue and glitter dazzler using Nuvo Pure Sheen diamond glitter.

My second card has a more traditional quilt effect.

Tonic Products used -
Vintage papers
Square stitch die and emboss set
Patchwork Perfection Everyday squares

I've cut the papers to resemble a patchwork quilt, added the die cut buttons and bobbin and threaded the needle with some embroidery cotton to finish.
The insert paper complements the front of the card and the white centre panel has been cut using the tiny scallop edge from the Everyday squares die set.

I hope you are managing to catch the shows with Jodie on Create & Craft.

Have a lovely day!
