Wrap or Squeeze, that is the Question? - Edna

Hi and welcome to the blog today.

Tonic have a new launch starting at 9.00pm on Ideal World - a brand new POTD that includes this gorgeous diamond squeeze box and a fabulous bottle wrap die that can be used in loads of different ways. There is also a set of beautiful numerals with lots of added decorative touches or you can just use the plain numbers that drop out of the die. Two sets in one, can't be bad to that!

I've gone for the squeeze option today with two boxes and two cards that I hope show the sort of variations you can achieve just using this set of dies.

The first squeeze box has a lot of lacy detailing in the panels that I've backed with acetate to give some rigidity. The numerals are the drop outs from the set - I think they are fab and a good size at  3cm or 1 1/8th" tall.
The lovely thing is that they hold 3 Lindt Lindor chocolates very comfortably, so they would make lovely table gifts at Christmas time or any time come to that. :)

My second box uses another of the beautiful panels for decoration but this time they are backed with card stock. The sentiment is from the Garland Fancy Idyllics die set.

I've used the same decorative panel to make this Christmas card to match the gift box. What about a lovely piece of jewellery in the box to accompany it? ;)
I've made a glitter dazzler with glue and Nuvo Silver glitter and used the Silver Lining Nuvo Crystal drops for decoration on the corner of the card.
You can see some of the elaborate detailing of the numeral die here too.

My second card uses one of the decorative panels from the squeeze box die to form Christmas trees.
The papers are from the new Winter Wonderland 8 x 8" paper pad as is the sentiment.
The fabulous greeting is one of the dies that complements the bottle wrap die - brilliant to decorate the bottle box but also a very useful die in it's own right.

I hope these have whetted your appetite to see more!
