Good morning, welcome to the blog today.
The POTD is in full swing with lots of shows on today both on Ideal World and Create & Craft.
I have lots of handbags to share today so let's get started.
Here are some samples of the Chelsea Shoulder bag die in action.
It's such a cute die and would make fabulous table favours or delightful little gift bags for someone special.
You can vary the materials to decorate the bags as much as you like.
I've made a wee clutch bag with the red dotty paper and card stock and made a little handle attached to the side with a brad. I changed the closure so that the catch in the flap tucks under the red strip.
The cream and black bag has been altered with both flaps cut away, held together with a little strip of velcro.
I cut the handle section using the Essentials With love die set to make the decorative panel. The main part of the bag has been embossed to add some texture.
The next two bags have kept their flaps and on the pink and white one you can see the gorgeous decorative panels using the dies that are included in the die set.
The brown version is covered with a highly textured paper that looks very leathery and 'grown up'. :)
I've added little gems to the flap and to the attached labels and finished with a magnet closure.
The girls have come up with lots and lots of ideas for these so don't forget to check out the inspiration on Tonic Gold, the Tonic blog and Tonic FB page as well.
My card sample is in the shape of a handbag but opens out to reveal a gift card pocket.

The stamped panel is from the Sentiment and Frame die and stamp Today is all about you set. This is where you will put that very generous gift card LOL. I didn't want to leave the pocket empty. :)
Thank you for joining me today.
